Bistro Matisse offers a "table hote" menu with prices of only $26.50 and every month there is a new menu to choose from.
Some of Bistro Matisse's specials are cassoulets, warm sweet bread, mussels and very special French dishes that are found no where else, except in France. Bistro Matisse also offers a full bar and a seperate wine menu.
