Chef Stewart Schmidt is trained in classical French and modern theories and he comes to us with over twenty years experience. He brings a wonderful understanding and passion that enhances our beliefs of keeping food simple, while at the same making it look beautiful.

We cater breakfast and lunch to our ‘suits and skirts’ in the corporate sector, as well as film and television sets; however, the demand for evening and weekend events is quickly pushing our business into a new and exciting direction, please feel free to ask about how we can make your next event better than the last! Our catering manager, Crystal Gregg has the unique ability to understand and appreciate your style and budget, and her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high standards for quality in food and service will ensure the success of your catered affair.

We are the leading catering company dedicated to ensuring a whole new generation of people with allergies to food are accommodated throughout the years. We provide you with a nut and shellfish free premise in accordance with Sabrina’s Law and we will gladly discuss all policies established to ensure your safety. All of our desserts are home-made, due to the sensitive nature of the allergies we accommodate. We are extremely health conscious and stray away from serious use of heavy creams, butter, trans fats, and salt. As well, we are environmentally conscious and offer biodegradable products.
